Domperidone is available in the US, but only from what's called a compounding pharmacy. Basically, they have a pharmacist on staff who mixes drugs and puts them into capsules, as opposed to pills which come already made from the drug manufacturer. I live in Dallas, TX and Dougherty's Pharmacy here can compound the drug. If the pharmacist there is correct, they're one of the few pharmacies in the country that do it on site and they often ship the capsules around the country to other pharmacies. So, if you're not comfortable buying the Domperidone from Canada or Mexico (or that's not an option for you) look into your local compounding pharmacy, or if you don't have a compounding pharmacy, try your local pharmacy and see if they can order it from a pharmacy such as Dougherty's.
